Community Guidelines & Reminders

Apartments are furnished with twin-XL size beds.

Do not put holes in walls, doors, cabinets, or furniture. Use approved removable mounting products for decorations.

Do not bring flushable bathroom wipes

Do not bring LED adhesive strip lights

Keep your apartment clean and free of excessive clutter.

Be considerate of roommates, neighbors, and shared spaces.

Review and follow all apartment community policies.

Prohibited Items

Weapons of any kind, including firearms, ammunition, knives intended as weapons, and explosive devices, including toy replicas.

Illegal drugs including marijuana and controlled substances not prescribed to the resident.

Drug paraphernalia including hookahs and other smoking apparatus

Stolen property.

Any illicit, illegal, or hazardous materials.

Any item prohibited by community policies, state law, or university regulations.
