Our Team - Lorraine Covington

My name is Ms. Lorraine, and I was born in Chicago. I’m a wife and have two wonderful sons.

I graduated from Penn Foster College with a degree in Early Childhood Education. Currently, I’m pursuing my degree in Early Childhood Leadership with a specialization in Child Development.

Over the past 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in Early Childhood Education. I spent nine years as a teacher and six years as a director. I genuinely enjoy working with children and building long-lasting relationships with their families. I’m eager to utilize my knowledge, skills, and extensive experience at Kanis Child Development Center.

Most importantly, I look forward to caring for all the children and families that will come my way.
