Ready to begin your child's journey with the Kanis Child Development Center? We're thrilled you're considering us! There are two ways to apply for enrollment with our center.

Head Start Program Application

We offer free, high-quality Head Start and Early Head Start education in partnership with Easterseals.

Direct Enrollment Application 

To apply directly through our center, complete the interest form below, and our team will be in touch to guide you through the next steps of our enrollment process. We look forward to welcoming your family.

Disclosure

In compliance with the Student-Parent Act, Chicago State University must disclose data on the number of children enrolled in our center whose parents are currently enrolled CSU students.
