Procedures for Reporting Scholarships, Stipends and Other Forms of Gift Aid

All scholarships, grants, stipends and other forms of gift aid awarded to and/or received by a student must be reported to the CSU Scholarship Coordinator.


Chicagoland Regional College Program (CRCP) - A unique partnership between Chicago State University and UPS (United Parcel Service)

Work for UPS - Students interested in working for UPS and getting their Degree DEBT FREE should plan to attend an Information Session. or for further information please access the  UPS/CRCP web site.

CSU Tuition and Fee Waivers - A limited number of waivers, which pay for tuition and some fees, are available to eligible students through the Tuition and Fee Waiver Program. These awards are for students in degree programs and also are a part of the university employee benefits package. The number of awards and dollar amount varies each year based upon the release of appropriated funds by the State of Illinois, budgetary limits approved by the Board of Trustees, and program need. Students and employees apply for these waivers each academic term based upon a variety of criteria. For more information please access the Tuition and Fee Waiver Handbook.

Senior Citizens Tuition Waiver - Did you know that you might be eligible for free tuition? 

Chicago State Foundation - Chicago State Foundation provides scholarship opportunities for students who demonstrate high potential in academic and community service work. Visit their web site for additional information.

Housing Scholarship Application -  Students who will reside in the Residence Hall for the 2020-21 academic year may apply to have the cost of their room covered. This scholarship funded by the Chicago State Foundation does not include the meal plan. The application deadline is Friday, August 7, 2020.

ISAC (Illinois Student Assistance Commission) - For information concerning MTI (Minority Teachers Of Illinois Scholarship Program), SETTW (Illinois Special Education Teacher Tuition Waiver), and other ISAC (Illinois Student Assistance Commission) Scholarships please visit the ISAC web page.
