To secure the university Certificate of Education IDPR documents:

1. Using Adobe sign: here, no further action is required. If approved you will receive CSU’s signature and seal on the document submitted.
2. Visit the IDPR website: for more information and details.

If you prefer you can request to pick up your form in person, simply email your request to llove21@csu.edu; please provide your name, phone number, email and UID.

The Office of the Registrar will notify you when your forms are ready for pickup.
