NOTE: Students will not be able to drop the last class online resulting in a full withdrawal with zero (0) credit hours of enrollment after May 31, 2022. Students must submit the “Complete Withdrawal Request” online, located on the “student” tab of CSU X-Press by the Withdrawal deadline. Students must also participate in a short exit interview with a Financial Aid Advisor.

May 2022
1-31	Summer 2022 Registration continues (payment due by Friday, May 27 or upon registration).
26	Course Cancellation Session - Summer 2022 registration will close and will resume Friday, May 27.
27	Verified Payment Source due (This is how you plan to pay for tuition and fees for the semester). For questions, please email bursar@csu.edu). Payment due in Full (all Summer sessions).
30	Memorial Day Holiday - no classes.
31	1^st 5-week classes begin (May 31 – July 2). 10-week classes begin (May 31 – August 6).

June 2022
1-4	Late Registration Period. Students may enroll themselves online during late registration.
3	First E-Bill posted for Summer 2022. Subsequent E-Bills will be sent monthly. Last drop date for 1^st 5-week course (May 31 – July 2) or submit a Complete Withdrawal request for first 5-week coursework—located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect—from all courses online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees.
6	Last drop date for a 10-week course (May 31 – August 6) or submit a Complete Withdrawal request for ten-week coursework—located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect—from all courses online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees. Last drop date to to Completely Withdraw from the 1^st5-week session and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: this only applies for Complete Withdrawals, not when dropping individual classes).
13	Last complete withdrawal date from the Summer (10-week) session and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees (note: this only applies for Complete Withdrawals, not when dropping individual classes).
15	Holds are placed on students’ accounts for Past Due Balances.
17	Juneteenth Holiday - no classes.
20	Last complete withdrawal date from a 1^st 5-week course or submit a complete withdrawal request from all 1^st5-week courses (May 31 – July 2) online with a grade of W on transcript. Charges are not reversed.
24	Deadline to submit your GAPP form for Summer 2022 degree conferment
30	Course Cancellation Session for 2nd 5-week courses. Registration will close and will resume Friday, July 1.

July 2022
1	Graduate Students: deadline to submit thesis/dissertation to ProQuest/ETD.
2	Last class day of classes for the 1^st 5-week session.
4	Independence Holiday no classes.
5	2^nd 5-week classes begin (July 5 – August 6).
8	Last drop day for a second 5-week course (July 5 – August 6) or submit a Complete Withdrawal request for second 5-week coursework—located on the “student” tab of Cougar Connect—from all courses online for 100% reversal of tuition and refundable fees. Deadline to submit undergraduate & graduate graduation applications for Summer 2022 degree conferral.
11	Last withdraw date from a Summer 10-week course or submit a complete withdrawal request from all 10-week courses (May 31 – August 6) online with a grade of W on the transcript. Charges are not reversed. Last complete withdrawal date from the 2^nd 5-week session and receive a 50% reversal of tuition and fees. Note: this only applies for Complete Withdrawals, not when dropping individual classes.)
25	Last withdraw date from a 2^nd 5-week course or submit a complete withdrawal request from all second 5-week courses (July 5 – August 6) online with a grade of W on the transcript. Charges are not reversed.

August 2022
6	Summer 2022 classes & session end.
9	Faculty deadline to submit: Final Grades in CSU X-Press for Summer 2022 Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Fall 2021 and Spring 2022. Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Summer 2022. Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: registrar@csu.edu.
16	Summer 2022 final grades are available in CSU X-Press. Summer 2022 degree begin posting and will be available in CSU X-Press.
