Last day to drop Intersession (4-week) courses online for 100% reversal of tuition & refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less, or upon completed withdrawal from all courses.

Note: In order to drop from an Intersession course, a drop form must be submitted within two (2) days from the start of the intersession course to receive 100% reversal charges.

Deadline to submit proof of required immunizations to Wellness/Health Center to avoid a $25 non-compliance fee.

First Disbursement - Pell & Direct Loans.

Last day to completely withdraw from 1st 8-Week coursework & receive a 50% reversal of tuition & fees.

Late fees will be charged to students who have not enrolled in a payment plan, paid their balance in full, or have a verified payment source in place for the Spring 2026 term. Late fees will be charged monthly for the remainder of the term.

President's Day Holiday – no classes.

Faculty deadline to submit:

• Final Grades in CSU X-Press for Spring 2026
• Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Summer and Fall 2025.
• Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Spring 2026.

Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: registrar@csu.edu.
