Last day to drop Intersession (4-week) courses online for 100% reversal of tuition & refundable fees when registered for 15 hours or less, or upon completed withdrawal from all courses.

Note: In order to drop from an Intersession course, a drop form must be submitted within two (2) days from the start of the intersession course to receive 100% reversal charges.
January 2026
1 New Year's Day Holiday – no classes.
1 Last day to withdraw from an Intersession course to receive a "W" on the transcript.
1-10 Spring 2026 Intersession classes continue.

Late fees will be charged to students who have not enrolled in a payment plan, paid their balance in full, or have a verified payment source in place for the Spring 2026 term. Late fees will be charged monthly for the remainder of the term.

  • Change of Grade Forms for removal of an Incomplete "I" grade issued in Summer and Fall 2025.
  • Incomplete Contracts for an “I” grade for Spring 2026.
Note: Incomplete Contracts must be signed by the student, faculty, and Chair before it can be submitted to the Registrar's Office at: registrar@csu.edu.
