Our Responsibilities

The Facilities Management mission is to deliver services that provide corrective and preventative maintenance services for more than 13 academic totaling 163 acres of academic facilities, including the Longwood Mansion.

Our skilled staff within FM includes a wide variety of professional trades including HVAC, electrician, plumbers, carpenters, movers, building services, and grounds, all to consistently exceed the expectations of the university to ensure a safe, clean, and prestigious learning, working, and living environment.
