Admission Information 

How to Apply

For full and unconditional acceptance into the M.F.A. in English program, applicants should provide the following documents before the application deadline:

• Completed application via the Graduate School at CSU
• Official Undergraduate transcripts
• A portfolio of your creative work (Poetry 20-25pgs or Fiction/Memoir 40-45pgs)
• Personal essay describing the nature of your writing and your writing process
• Three professional references
