Getting started is easy. If you’re a Discover employee based in the U.S. and ready to join the CSU Cougar family, simply apply to CSU first. Then when accepted, apply for corporate sponsorship through Discover’s partner, Guild.

Already Enrolled at CSU & Seeking Employment & Tuition Help?

If you’re already enrolled at CSU and seeking employment, be sure to check out all that a career at  has to offer. Then when you join the Discover team, you can apply to get the rest of your CSU journey sponsored through their Guild partnership.

Steps to Activating Your Education Benefits at CSU

1. 1. Apply online to Chicago State University, including submitting transcripts
   2. Apply for corporate sponsorship through Guild
   3. Once admitted, complete your enrollment in classes
   4. Await your sponsorship letter with FERPA waiver & tuition coverage information from Guild
   5. Submit your sponsorship letter and FERPA waiver to CSU as soon as you receive it
   6. Begin classes and submit grades to Guild at end of each term
