Records & Registration
Services provided to students include name changes, residency classifications, registration, enrollment verifications, and transcript requests.
Access to CSU X-Press
Current students can access CSU X-Press here by logging in with their CSU ID (a.k.a your "900#") and your PIN/password.
Former students who have not attended for at least two years will not be able to log in to CSU X-Press and should email: csu-registrar@csu.edu to have their account temporarily unlocked in order to access student record information including unofficial transcripts and financial aid tax information.
Registration
Please contact your academic advisor for web registration dates. For additional registration information, please refer to our Academic Calendar as well as our Course Schedule page. Here are instructions for Registering & Dropping coursework online
Note: If you are trying to drop your last (or only) course for a semester, this is called a "Complete Withdrawal." Because of financial aid, Complete Withdrawals are processed differently and you cannot drop your last course yourself online. Instead, you must submit the “Complete Withdrawal Request Form” in CSU X-Press by the published deadline. We ask students to participate in a short exit interview with Financial Aid prior to the processing of the complete withdrawal.
Change of Program
Undergraduate students who would like to request curriculum changes to their academic record should submit this form to add, delete, or change a major, minor or concentration.
Residency Status
Please see our page here for the policies on student residency status.
Transcripts
Students may request release of their transcripts online.
Enrollment Verification
CSU partners with the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verification. National Student Clearinghouse may be contacted at:
Students who need a written statement of their enrollment status at CSU or their graduation date must complete and submit the enrollment verification form and provide a valid photo ID to request a verification. Some requests require a $4.00 processing fee.
CSU supports the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).
