As you prepare for move-in, please remember to complete the following steps before
your move-in date. No students will be permitted, under any circumstance, to move into the residence
hall if these steps are not complete.
To be eligible to live in the Residence Hall, a student must be enrolled as a CSU student. Priority is given to full-time students taking (12) semester credit hours for undergraduate and graduate students taking (9) credit hours. The department reserves the right to deny housing to students not registered for the corresponding semester. Registration must be completed before moving into housing. Students must complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for the upcoming school year. Students must complete a FAFSA prior to applying for on-campus housing. Each housing applicant must complete a Financial Aid Housing Eligibility Form. For questions contact: csu-finaid@csu.edu
Step 3 Complete all Medical and Immunization Requirements-Contact Health & Wellness

Contact the Chicago State University Wellness and Health Center for assistance in obtaining any needed immunizations or laboratory (serologic) testing prior to arrival please call (773) 995-2010 or email: wellness@csu.edu Please take care of all Health and Wellness related obligations prior to arrival for housing.Be sure to make two copies of records. Send one copy to the Wellness/Health Center and maintain one copy for your record.
