There is still time to register for the Spring 2022 semester and here are two ways to complete your admission into Chicago State University.  Please choose one of the two options:

To register new students must provide the following information:

Freshman students

An official (sealed) transcript(s) from your high school(s) with proof of graduation

Letter of recommendation (teacher, counselor, work supervisor, etc.)

Personal statement (hard copy)

 

Transfer students:

Official (sealed) transcript(s) from each institution. If less than 24 credit hours, please bring an official (sealed) HS transcript
