Cougar Kids Academy Application Process

Program Description

Each summer, a Cougar Kids Academy is scheduled for intermediate and middle school level students. This summer of 2008, participants will learn all about the environment. The worskhop will feature hands-on activities in science and mathematics. Please save the date: July 24th from 12:30 p.m. to 3 p.m. Please contact us to confirm your attendance for this exciting event.

Steps to Register

1. Download the Registration Form.
2. Complete the Registration Form and sign it.
3. Submit Registration Form by May 18th, 2008 at 6 p.m. in the College of Education Building, ED 111 at the Teachers' Writing and Resource Center. Applications may be faxed to 773.821.2832 or sent as an attachment to O-Gahungu@csu.edu then send the original by mail or submit by hand.
4. Be sure to check out the CATs Homework Club for tutoring help during the school year.
