Welcome to the Media Services Department
The A/V Support Unit within the Technology & Learning Resources Department provides audio visual equipment and support to the Chicago State University community. The unit provides this support to the classrooms, auditoriums, conference rooms, etc. Support is also provided for some outdoor events held on and off campus.
The general hours of operation are: Monday through Friday, 8am until 8:50pm. Equipment/support services requested outside hours of operation, or which require additional personnel are provided on an overtime basis and charged to the requesting department. A/V Support is located in Room 428 of the New Academic Library.
