  a. Review information from the December 2003 meeting to determine relevance for strategic planning (external factors, etc.).
  b. Appoint pairs/small groups from the New Millennium Steering Committee.
4. Appoint a subcommittee to develop monitoring, and approval procedures for the university and college plans.
5. Appoint a subcommittee to review the mission/vision statements and to establish a timetable for discussions with the campus community.
- Vision may be altered.
- Comments about eliminating the underprepared are based on the December 2003 discussion.
- Make more positive, revise or eliminate.
6. The Steering Committee meets monthly to review reports on external factors and reports from subcommittees. Nov - Dec
7. Steering Committee (pairs) begins discussing strategic issues.
