The Illinois Small Business Development Center provides counseling to business start-ups and existing businesses in:

• Loan packaging assistance, management assistance, sales, advertising and marketing, and technology assistance, sales ,advertising and marketing.

• Business plan consultants

• Minority business assistance in contract negotiation, government programs, city and state certification.

• Business research, feasibility studies for business and industry.  

• Serves as a clearing house and resource for business information

• Surety Bond Guaranty Program  

• Private and Government Procurement

• MBE/WBE/DBE Certification

• Seminars, workshops and conferences, special topics for the business community.

• Access to capital/ Banks, Government loan programs.

• Entrepreneur Training Program
