Overview

The Small Business Development Center provides Management Assistance, one on one Counseling and specialized training workshops, to new and emerging businesses.

The center was created in cooperation with the Small Business Administration, the Illinois Department of Commerce,Community Affairs and Chicago State University. Under cooperative agreement #SB-2M-0097-16.

As a member of the Illinois Small Business Development Center Network we can provide small businesses and entrepreneurs with several types of services:

  • Procurement Technical Assistance (PTAC)
  • International Trade Centers (ITC)
  • NAFTA Opportunity Center (NOC)
  • Small Business Technology Resource Centers (SBTR)
  • Small Business Incubators
  • Technology assistance

These opportunities are available to existing businesses and potential businesses through our center.
