Enrollment Verifications

A student may request that the university verify his/her status as a student or a graduate of Chicago State University.

Upon written request, the University will mail the verification to the individual or agency requested by the student. The Boxcar

Students must produce a valid photo I.D. when requesting verifications. No verification will be processed without the written signature of the student.

Forms are provided in the Office of Records. Allow five to seven working days for processing. There is a $4.00 fee for this service.
