* Note: If you are transferring psychology courses to CSU there may be a direct substitution to some of the Core requirements. Ask a Psychology Advisor about possible substitutions.

18 total credit hours are required for a Minor in Psychology.  Of these 18 credit hours 9 credit hours of Psychology core courses and 9 credit hours of Psychology elective courses must be taken.

Elective courses are any Psychology courses that are not part of the Core Courses listed above.

Notes:

  • A grade of “C” or better is required for all Psychology courses applied towards the Minor. 
  • Students wishing to receive a Minor in Psychology must first declare their Minor.
  • Before graduation, the student must see a Psychology Advisor to obtain a Psychology Evaluation Completion Form.
