A host of speakers have been invited to make presentations on their research findings and support programs that are underway to address disparities in college attendance among Black males.

On day 1 of the conference, attendees will hear from national speakers and regional leaders who will reframe the issue of college attendance among Black males. The day will close with an open mic session for young Black males to talk about, "in their own words" what challenges they face in entering, staying and graduating from college. We will begin day two with a Leadership Roundtable of college and university CEOs who will report on what issues they are addressing on a programmatic level at their respective institutions. Special networking opportunities are available to facilitate conversations among similarly focused institutions as well as promote the work of the CSU African American Male Resource Center.
