CSU Welcomes State Rep. Mike Fortner

Chicago State University was proud to welcome State Rep. Mike Fortner (R-West Chicago) this week for a visit. Rep. Fortner, who is also a physics professor at Northern Illinois University, is a strong advocate for higher education in the State Capitol.

Rep. Fortner met with President Watson and members of the CSU leadership team before receiving a tour of physics and chemistry classrooms and speaking with physics students and faculty.
