CSU Office of Internal Affairs and Events Management

OIAEM promotes University programs and the accomplishments of students, faculty and staff through the use of photography, graphic design, printing services, community outreach initiatives and booking facilities for campus events. OIAEM assists with improving the University's internal and external communications, especially in print, in accordance with the University's Mission Statement. OIAEM is the umbrella under which the following offices are housed: Community Affairs, Facilities Management, Internal Communications, Publications and Cougar Copy Services, and Special Events. These offices all report to the Director of the OIAEM. This OIAEM team provides a host of services to assist with implementing the best possible materials,

• Editing (of all University publications, as mandated, prior to publication)
• E-mail “Blasts” (text-only e-mails to students, faculty and staff)
• Marquee Posting (for events open only to the general public)
• University WebCalendar (for all events open only to the general public)
• Up-to-the-Minute (weekly event calendar)
• Voicemail Messages/Broadcasts (for faculty and staff use only)
• Publications (design/typesetting of university publications)
• Road Signs (for posting on campus drives)
• Cougar Copy Services (color copying, banners, laminating, etc., care of university copiers)
• Events Management (Commencements, Honors and special events as directed by the President)
