Addie Brown in the Cashiers’ Office, nominated by her supervisor for Outstanding Customer Service. On a day, during the holidays when the office closed early. Addie was called because student, staff and faculty were in need of their checks and disbursements. Addie came back to work on the bus, opened the Cashiers’ office and serviced the CSU community until 5:00pm. – Congratulations.	Serita Robinson in the Office of Human Resources, nominated by a faculty member for Outstanding Customer Service. To ensure employment papers were submitted on time, Serita accommodated the schedule of the faculty despite her normal work hours. – Congratulations.
