Scope of Work

Access to Capital:
To assist high growth potential small business clients who are seeking financial resources, GSEC creates alliances with banks, subsidiary financing resources (Small Business Administration; Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity), private investors, and venture capitalists.

Strategic Planning:
GSEC assists businesses with strategic planning and forecasting. Workshops are conducted in a range of essential business topics, including business law, taxation, employee training and benefits, insurance, and information technology.

Accounting Resources:
In addition to conducting financial records management workshops for businesses, GSEC maintains a referral database of accounting resources for clients.

Management Assistance:
Evaluation of client’s operational strengths and weaknesses is conducted, resulting in recommendations for enhanced performance.

Building Contractors:
Evaluation of financial status, documentation, certification, insurance, and bonding is conducted for contractors to assist them in bidding on construction projects.

Procurement:
Clients are assisted in gaining designation as diversity suppliers for corporate customers and/or government agencies
