13. Lost, Stolen, Misplaced or Damaged Cards

Immediately upon realizing the P-Card is lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged, the Cardholder must notify all of the following:

  • JPMorgan Chase 1-800-270-7760
  • Fiscal Officer
  • P-Card Administrator
