Refunds 

SUMMER 2018 Financial Aid Refunds

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must have a credit account balance posted on your student account.
  • Refunds are now processed through BankMoble. Follow these steps to make your Refund Selection:
    •  You must login to your student portal- Cougarconnect.csu.edu
    • Once logged in, click the "My Info" tab
    • Click "Pay or View MyBill/eRefund" link
    • Click the "eRefund" tab
    • Click the "Continue to BankMobile
    • Select how you would like to receive you money
    • If you select the BankMobile account as your selection your will receive a temporary virtual Debit MasterCard to use until your physical card arrives in the mail.
    • If you select your personal bank account the funds will be sent to your personal account in 2 business days.
    • If no selection is made a check will be mailed to you (may take up to 21 days)

REFUND DATE is date funds will be sent to BankMobile. Your funds will be sent to you refund preference made with BankMobile.
