Book Voucher Policy

Summer 2013 Book Voucher period starts May 22, 2013 through May 31, 2013

Book Vouchers will be available to students who meet one of the following criteria listed below:

1. Automated Cougar Cash Card Book Voucher: (On your Cougar Cash Card MAY 22, 2013)
   1. Must have completed Registration.
   2. Must have a valid CSU ID card.
   3. Must have a Title IV financial aid credit account balance.
   4. Must have selected the Cougar Cash Card as your refund option within the Bursar Office.
   5. Book voucher amount - up to $600 maximum amount for fulltime enrollment.
   6. May 10, 2013 Application deadline for a new Cougar Cash Card for new students and currents student who do not have a Cougar Cash Cards.
   7. May 20, 2013 deadline for meeting requirements.
   
   
2. Automated Follett Bookstore Voucher: (On your School ID Card May 22, 2013)
   1. Must have completed Registration.
   2. Must have a valid CSU ID card.
   3. Must have a Title IV financial aid credit account balance.
   4. Book voucher amount – up to $600 maximum amount for fulltime enrollment.
   5. May 20, 2013 deadline for meeting requirements.
   
   
3. Manual Follett Bookstore Voucher:
   1. Must have completed Registration.
   2. Must have a valid CSU ID card.
   3. Must have a Title IV financial aid credit account balance.
   4. Book voucher amount – up to $600 maximum amount for fulltime enrollment.
   5. Issued at the Bursar Office ADM Room 212.
   
   
4. Third Party Book Voucher:
   1. Must have completed Registration.
   2. Must have a valid CSU ID card.
   3. Must have submitted a Third Party authorization form to the Bursar Office.
   4. Third Party book voucher amount – Paper book vouchers will be issued for the program authorized amounts only.
   5. Books & supplies purchased with Third Party book vouchers will be charged to each student's account. The student's signature is required on the receipt which authorizes each purchase.
   6. Issued at the Bursar Office ADM Room 212.
