Chicago State University offers a comprehensive Faculty Development Program designed to enhance your professional and personal growth at the University. The Faculty Development committee is a standing senate committee with mem be rship drawn from across the University. Mem be rs serve for a period of two years and are involved with the planning and also participate in various sub-committees and groups. The major components of the 2006-2007 Faculty Development Program are New Faculty Induction, Enrichment Grants, Multi-cultural Sub-committee, Engaged Learning and Teaching, Instructional Technology Committee, New York Faculty Resource Network, Faculty Development Forum, New Faculty Orientation, New Faculty Sharing, and New Faculty Mentorship.
