CHICAGO – The Chicago State University men’s basketball team will host the school’s 150th Anniversary Throwback Game at the Jacoby Dickens Center, 9501 S. King Drive, on Saturday, Dec. 16 against Bradley University at 2:05 p.m.

The Dickens Center was home to the men’s basketball team for more than 35 years before moving its games to the Jones Convocation Center.

All CSU alumni are invited to attend the game and there will be a 12 p.m. reception on the second floor in the Dickens Center prior to the game. And during halftime, the Cougars will recognize previous coaches and players on the court.

The game marks the first regular-season contest hosted by the Cougars in the Dickens Center since Jan. 15, 2011 when they battled the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.

But before the throwback game the men’s basketball team will travel to Rochester, Michigan to play Oakland University at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9 during a live broadcast on ESPN 3.
