Oscar Lester, Program Coordinator

As Program Coordinator of the African American Male Resource Center Mr. Lester’s responsibilities include supporting the Program Director in his efforts to monitor program development and implementation.  He also works with AAMRC staff and student workers to administer academic support, enhance retention rates, and conduct community outreach.

Elliot Hines, Retention Specialist

ELLIOT HINES

As a Retention Specialist for AAMRC Mr. Hines works in collaboration with other AAMRC Retention Specialists to provide academic support, advisement, and advocacy to student members of the AAMRC.  Mr. Hines also ensures that students have proper access to academic resources (academic, financial, etc.) they require to maintain their enrollment at the university, and successfully navigate their paths to graduation.

Freddie Feliciano, Assistant Director

FREDDIE FELICIANO

As Administrative Assistant of the AAMRC Mr. Feliciano’s responsibilities include maintaining day-to-day operations of AAMRC administration and staff.  His duties include interpersonal and interdepartmental communications, distribution of materials, staff support, scheduling, and payroll.
