Program Purpose
The purpose of the TCP Program is:
- To facilitate the transition from secondary education (high school) to higher education (college/university)
- To provide a better prepared college bound student
- To provide useful skills for parents
- To guide and support their college bound student
To increase the enrollment of high school students and their parents in higher education
