Presidential Scholars Program
The Presidential Scholars programs recruits academically
talented students who have demonstrated leadership ability; maintained
a 3.35
cumulative grade point average and a ACT score of 20 and higher.
A limited number of awards are available to incoming freshman
students.
Students must be enrolled with the university as a full-time student.
Applicants are required to apply for state and
federal financial aid, but financial need is not a requirement for receipt of this award.
Requirements:
1. Volunteer 40 hours of community service each
semester
2. Attend academic, professional and cultural
workshops or seminars each semester
3. Attend monthly Presidential Scholars meetings
