Programs and Activities Scholarship Dinner In unison with the Chicago State University Latino Faculty and Staff, the Latino Resource Center established this scholarship fund to assist all Latino students at CSU. Beginning in 2003, we embarked on an ambitious campaign to raise the financial resources to support our deserving Latino students.
