Records and Registration
The Office of the Registrar is located in the Cook Administration Building, Room 128.  The office is open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Bursars
The primary responsibility of the Bursar Office is to manage student account receivables which include billing, payments, collections, and Cashiering function.

Office of Student Financial Aid
The mission of the Office of Student Financial Aid is to support the University's overall goal of providing an affordable, quality education by providing financial assistance to those students and their families seeking to offset their educational costs.

U ID Card
Your UID number can be used to access CSU Xpress as well as other areas that previously required use of your Social Security Number. The unique UID may be used across systems, applications and business processes throughout the lifetime of an individual’s relationship with Chicago State University.

Work Study 
In order to establish eligibility for a College Work-Study position, an applicant must have completed the FAFSA for the academic year during which they are seeking employment, be enrolled for at least six hours during any semester during which they are seeking employment, and be in compliance with the Chicago State University's Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy.

Health Insurance Waiver 
All registered undergraduate students taking 12 or more credit hours, graduate students taking 9 or more credit hours, pharmacy students taking 12 or more credit hours and doctoral students taking 6 or more credit hours are automatically enrolled into the mandatory sickness and injury insurance through the university each semester. Students who are adequately insured have the option of waiving out of the mandatory health plan and having the charge removed from their tuition bills. Failure to submit an online waiver or enrollment form by the deadline will obligate students to pay the FT Student Insurance Premium coverage indicated on your tuition bill. 

Parking  Pass
To park on campus, all faculty, staff (part-time, temporary and full-time), and students must purchase an annual or semester decal or pay the daily fee.  Parking decals are issued for a semester or an academic year expiring every August 31st of the calendar year. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check the parking decal expiration date. Parking decals can be purchased through the Cashiers’ Office, Room 211 in the Cook Administration Building. Decals and their renewal are the responsibility of the vehicle operator.  No refunds are available when you forget your decal.  Please note, you are required to pay the $5.00 daily parking hang tag upon entrance if you do not purchase an annual or semester decal.

Career Development 
The Career Development Center is the foundation for developing and implementing career, employment, and graduate education options for CSU students and alumni. The Career Development Center strives to help CSU students and alumni meet their overall career and employment related goals.

Learning Assistance Center
The Learning Assistance Center (LAC) is here to assist you in achieving academic success through supportive tutoring and resources. All services are provided free of charge to currently enrolled students, active alumni and faculty of Chicago State University.

Student Activities
The Office of Student Activities provides oversight to the Student Government Association (SGA), host of Student Clubs/Organizations, the Student Activities Center, the Game Room, and the Movie Room.

First Year Experience
The Office of the First Year Experience was created to provide support and encouragement for students beginning with their first day of orientation to the final day of their first year at Chicago State University.

The Women’s Resource Center (WRC)
The Women’s Resource Center (WRC) was created to address the needs of our female students while providing gender education, support, services, and resources to the campus community.  The Women's Resource Center is committed to student success, in that its primary goal will be to Engage, Embrace, Educate, Enlighten, and Empower our female students.

Abilities Office
The Abilities Office provides services and accommodations for qualified students with verified disabilities in accordance with provisions of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as amended.

Housing & Residence Life
Students who live on campus at Chicago State will experience life in and outside of the classroom living and learning experience, CSU housing offers students the convenience of living on campus, forming life changing relationships with student, faculty and staff and be exposed to a variety of activities and leadership opportunities within a few feet of the room.
