Attention December 2011 Graduates! Commencement Ticket Final Pick-Up Date and Regalia Update!

On December 13, 2011 only from noon until 5:00pm we are allowing each graduate to receive two additional tickets to Commencement.

In order to pick up your Commencement tickets you must ensure that you have received approval to graduate from the Office of Evaluation and Records as well as the Bursar and Financial Aid offices (if applicable).

You will also need to visit the Cashiers to pay your graduation fee and for your Commencement regalia. Please bring your documentation and receipts with you in order to receive your Commencement tickets.

Please visit these University departments in their regular office location prior to attempting to pick up your tickets. Please bring your CSU ID card with you. Each graduate is being given 10 tickets.

Any student that still needs to pick-up their cap and gown/ regalia must arrive at the Emil and Patricia A. Jones Convocation Center at 8am on Commencement Day.

You will need to bring your receipt showing that you have purchased your cap & gown. The cap & gown company will be on-site to assist you.

Students will be allowed to wear their fraternal or sorority organizational pin and/or crest on the left side, above the heart on the University approved stole.

Please note only the University approved stole and Academic approved stoles will be permissible during the Commencement ceremony.
