Note: Application for admission to the Masters Degree Program in Special Education is required. Students must also apply for admission to the College of Education with 12 hrs or less to complete  in the general education area. Admission to the College of Education requires the Basic Skills test and a minimum GPA of 3.0 in general education with no grades below a “C”.
