The Department of Special Education, Early Childhood & Technology and Education fulfills the mission and vision of the university and the goals of the College of Education by preparing educational personnel to (1) to serve in educational organizations and related public and private agencies and institutions; (2) to engage in research and development activities; and (3) to provide service to the community, university and professional groups.
