Careers
Courses offered by the CSU chemistry and physics department provide a foundation for students with any number of career interests.
Education positions are available in secondary schools, and after graduate study, in colleges and universities. Research opportunitites can be found in both industrial and governmental laboratories. Additionally, many of our majors enter the health professions or pursue graduate level work in chemistry, physics, biology, or environmental science.
Members of the American Chemical Society (ACS) student chapter have access to the organization's national employment service. In addition, CSU's Career Center provides valuable assistance in finding a career that best suits each student.
