Capital Improvement Projects at Chicago State University

The Physical Plant department manages and coordinates the issues, projects proposed and progress throughout the campus. All capital improvement projects contracted by the Capital Development Board are coordinated and managed by a representative from the University's physical plant in cooperation with Capital Development board out source.
