Ethics Training Instructions
The Office of Human Resources would like to announce that Tuesday, October 20th is the first official day of Ethics Training 2009. The State Officials and Employee Ethics Act requires all State employees to receive ethics training on an annual, calendar year basis.
The instructions for CSU full time faculty, administrators and civil services employees are as follows:
• Enter the State of Illinois Ethics Training and Compliance Center (ETCC) Website at: http://www.workplaceanswers.com/uillinois
• Enter your Login ID in the following format:
First name+middle initial+last name+month born+day of month born, for example:
Name: John L. Smith born June 5th 1970
Login ID: johnlsmith0605 (Your Login ID excludes all special characters, such as
hyphens or apostrophes.)
• The default password is: ethics#123 (You will then be prompted to change your password).
All part-time employees including: lecturers, special hires, graduate assistants, tutors, extra help and student workers will receive instructions on how to access the paper base version of Ethics Training by October 30, 2009.
