CHICAGO STATE UNIVERSITY 
FALL SEMESTER 2008 BOOK VOUCHER POLICY

Book Vouchers will be issued Monday, August 18th through
Friday, September 5th.

Book Vouchers will be available to CSU students who:

* Have completed Registration.

* Have validated a payment method with the Cashier.

* Have a credit balance for the current term.

Vouchers will be issued based on the amount of the student’s credit balance up to $800. To check your balance, go to CSU X-PRESS before going to the bookstore.

Students with grants will be required to use them for their book vouchers before they can use other forms of financial aid. 

TO OBTAIN A BOOK VOUCHER, STUDENTS MUST PRESENT A CURRENT CSU IDENTIFICATION CARD AND FOLLOW THE RULES AND PROCEDURES BELOW.

Avoid Bookstore Lines

#1: Upon entering bookstore, students must swipe their current ID through the card reader.

#2: Books & supplies purchased with book vouchers will be charged to each student’s account. The student’s signature is required and authorizes each purchase.

#3: All returns and exchanges will be made in accordance with the Follett’s policy that is posted in the Bookstore.
