High School juniors and seniors who are in good standing can have the opportunity to earn college credits by attending Chicago State University as a High School-at-Large (Visiting) student. Participating students may register for one lower-division course per semester. In order to be admitted to the university, students must complete the High School-at-Large application and submit the following requirements:
- High School transcript – (minimum required GPA of 2.0 on a 4.0 scale)
- ACT/SAT score (strongly recommended but not required)
- Letter of recommendation from a school counselor
- Personal statement – discuss your interest in a college readiness program and its impact on your educational goals
- $25 Application fee
The application and documents can be mailed to the Office of Admissions at the address below or scanned (not photographed) and sent via email to: email@example.com Once the application is completed and reviewed, the University will confirm an admission decision via mail and email.
