Located in the Cordell Reed Student Union, room 150, the African American Male Resource Center (AAMRC) helps young African American males become eligible for postsecondary options by making available those services that will offer academic and social support once enrolled. The primary purpose of the Center is to collaborate with undergraduate students in becoming efficient, independent learners. Program components are designed to improve the persistence rate of African American males at the University by providing an environment that emphasizes positive male development through shared experiences.  <more>
