The Office of the Registrar welcomes you to Chicago State University. We are here to serve the needs of the student, the faculty, and the entire University community by providing a variety of services to maintain and safeguard the academic record of each student.

Please be aware of posted deadlines such as: withdrawals and drops, refunds, change of program, and other pertinent dates published in the Class Schedule Bulletin.

In order to serve you better, we will need to be kept informed of changes in demographic information, such as name and address, as soon as possible. Forms to update this information are available in the Office of Records and Registration, Cook Administration Building, Room 128.
