Organization

There are three units in the purchasing department:

Purchasing section which is comprised of three individuals and address the purchasing needs of the University.

Purchase Order Payables section, consisting of three individuals whose responsibility is to pay on all purchase orders issued by the University.

Central stores/ Receiving, consisting of supervisor and two staff members handling Central Stores and the receiving of all merchandise ordered by the University.
