Welcome to the CSU Faculty Senate Web Site

The CSU Faculty Senate is charged with presenting faculty issues and recommendations to the University on all matters affecting the academic functions of the University and the general welfare of the University.

In particular, the Senate focuses on, but is not limited to such academic concerns as admissions, academic standards, curriculum and evolving programs.

For the 2011-2012 academic year, the CSU Faculty Senate has aimed
to improve communication among faculty, administration, and students.  One successful endeavor has been the establishment of a

committee clearinghouse that is a centralized location of committee information - https://sites.google.com/a/csu.edu/csu-clearinghouse/.

Please utilize the Faculty Senate website to be informed of committees, pertinent issues, review minutes, and agendas of various Faculty Senate committees.
