These programs are here to complement your CSU experience.

Academic Success - Designed to aid students in improving their overall academic performance along with meeting the required CSU Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) policy.

Early Alert Warning System - Identifies students who are performing below "C" level in their classes and informs them that their instructors have indicated that they are in need of academic support.

Freshman Seminar- A course designed to assist University College (UC) students with their transition to Chicago State University and enhance the academic skills necessary for college success.

R.I.S.E Academy- Provides students with the personal and academic (cognitive and non-cognitive) support they may need in order to get off of academic probation and to prevent borderline students from gaining probationary status.

Summer Bridge - Designed to assist incoming freshmen acclimate to the university while receiving college instruction prior to entering the university.

University College (UC) - Provides access to Chicago State University for entering freshman students that are conditionally admitted into the university.
