Eligibility

TCP applicants must be high school students enrolled in one of ten area schools, or reside within the geographic areas bordered on the east by Lake Michigan, the west by California Avenue, the north by 63rd Street, and the south by 159th Street. High schools within this boundary are Morgan Park, Julian, Fenger, Harlan, Corliss, Carver, Washington, Chicago Charter School, South Side Preparatory Academy and the Chicago High School for the Agricultural Sciences.
