The Office of Course Scheduling publishes the Class Schedule Bulletin three times a year:

Are you close to your graduation finish line? Want to omit summer courses? Missed fall semester enrollment? Sign up for 12 week courses that begin Monday, February 13.  

Registration details

Registration is taking place now!  You will need to meet with your academic advisor to be advised and to complete the Special Session Registration form.

• Freshmen interested in registering should see a freshman advisor in the Office of Academic Support, Cordell Reed Student Union Building 158.
• Returning students should see their academic advisor.  If you do not know who your academic advisor is, please check with the department office associated with your respective major.
• Registration: January 30 - February 10.
• Students should complete a Special Session Registration form with academic advisor

• Saturday Registration: February 11, 10a.m. - 3p.m.
• Late Registration: February 13 - 14, 8:30a.m. - 6p.m.
• To Register: Students should submit a completed Special Session Registration Form with advisor's approval to the Office of the Registrar (ADM 128).  Or, students may register online via CSU X-Press. Students should see an academic advisor to obtain their Registration Advising PIN. See How to Register Steps 1 - 10.
• Spring 2012 Special Session classes will meet February 13 - May 18.
• Non-attendance withdrawals “WN” are due to the Office of the Registrar by February 21, 2012..
• Drops/withdrawals for special session courses must be submitted by 5p.m. February 21 to qualify for 100 percent reversal of charges.
• Payment arrangements/validation must be provided by February 22 to avoid being dropped for non-payment.
• No Classes on President's Day, Monday, February 20, 2012.
• Academic Warning Submission Period: March 19 - 24 and April 9 - 14.
• No Classes during Spring Recess, March 12 - 18.
• Final grades are due May 15, 2012.  Submit via CSU X-Press.
• Incomplete Request/Contract forms are due May 15, 2012. Submit completed forms to the Office of the Registrar (ADM 128).

NOTE: Students whose enrollment into special session courses brings them into full-time status (12 hours - undergraduate / 9 hours - graduate / 6 hours - doctoral) will be charged $499 for the mandatory student health insurance.  You may keep the insurance or you may waive out of the insurance by the February 15, 2012 deadline and have the fee removed from your account.  To waive, visit the Office of Student Health Insurance (CRSU 268-O) to provide proof of insurance.

The Fall 2011 Class Schedule Bulletin includes all publicized course information for the Fall 2011 sessions as of April 25, 2011.  Course changes or additions made April 25, 2011 can be found in the weekly Class Schedule Addendum. Class Schedule Bulletin Addenda
 Approved changes (added courses; day or time changes to existing courses) to the printed Class Schedule Bulletin are listed in the Class Schedule Bulletin Addendum & Updates or you may refer to the CSU X-Press Online Class Schedule for the most recent course information. The addendum is updated weekly during the registration periods.
